This self catering, holiday let cottage in Mevagissey, Cornwall - comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 reception rooms and 3 kitchens in total - sleeping up to 10 in comfort.

The cottage can be let as a whole - all 3 floors or in part to accommodate smaller numbers.

Beachcomber's Loft - first and second floor (sleeps up to 8 plus babies)

Kitchen - fitted with oven, hob, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, iron / ironing board etc.

Whilst there is no outdoor space, the property does have Juliette balconies to the first and second floor which allow sunlight to flood in as the property is south facing. As the property is right in the centre of the picturesque typically Cornish village of Mevagissey - just outside of your front door you are met with a quaint cobbled street. Turn left and you are at the beautiful fishing harbour and small beach, turn right and you are in the village with shops, restaurants, cafes, bars etc.

Mevagissey has a working harbour and along the coastline there are many opportunities to do some fishing of your own. Sea angling in particular is popular and there is some excellent fishing to be found along the town`s coastline. In the summer months you can also take a guided tour of the bay in one of the local fishing boats.

At the end of June, Mevagissey celebrates `Feast Week`, when the town becomes alive with a carnival, along with many other events and activities including raft racing and traditional dancing. This is a popular event in the town and the area become very busy at this time but it is well worth visiting if you can.

Mevagissey has its own museum and it is very handily placed for two of Cornwall`s most popular attractions, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, both of which are just a short drive away.

Add in some traditional pasties and delicious Cornish ice cream and Mevagissey is a lovely town which gives the visitor a taste of the true Cornwall. If this is your first trip to this delightful county, or even if you are a seasoned Cornwall veteran then this is a perfect place to visit.
